Xx999vip Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start

1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xx999vip platform and all its services. By accessing xx999vip's website, mobile app, or any associated service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Xx999vip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via an on-platform announcement and by email to their registered address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Alongside these Terms, you are also encouraged to read xx999vip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — all three documents together form the complete agreement.

2 Account Registration & Management

Providing accurate and up-to-date information is mandatory when creating an account on xx999vip. Registering with false details or using another person's information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our terms.

• Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• To change the mobile number or email address provided at registration, identity verification through support is required.
• Account login credentials (password, OTP) must not be shared with anyone — members are solely responsible for keeping their account secure.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Xx999vip may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. This is not meant to cause inconvenience — it is in place to confirm that no one else is accessing your account.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to create an account and use xx999vip's services is 18. This is not optional — it is a non-negotiable part of xx999vip's core policy.

• Date of birth is automatically verified during registration.
• If there is any doubt about your age, a national ID card or birth registration certificate will be required.
• Registering with a false date of birth will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all transactions.

Xx999vip is available exclusively to residents of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from another country using a VPN is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Xx999vip is committed to keeping deposits and withdrawals on the platform safe, fast, and transparent. The detailed rules are outlined below.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are recommended through the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Xx999vip may request additional documentation to prevent suspicious transactions or money laundering.

If any transaction is delayed or fails for any reason on xx999vip, please contact platform support immediately. xx999vip is not responsible for network issues on the part of mobile banking providers, but will do its best to assist in resolving them.

5 Bonus & Voucher Terms and Conditions

The xx999vip bonus and promo code system is designed to give members added value. However, these offers come with specific terms that must be followed.

• The wagering requirements for every bonus offer are clearly stated on the offer page.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance is automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• The same bonus code cannot be used more than once — any such attempt will be automatically rejected by the system.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as using the same code across multiple accounts — the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Xx999vip reserves the right to discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice — however, any active offer will remain valid through its existing period.

Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements will result in the entire bonus being forfeited — your own deposited funds will not be affected. Bonuses and deposits are tracked separately and can be viewed clearly in the xx999vip bonus tracker.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and lottery on xx999vip.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — exceptions apply in specific cases such as a match being called off.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xx999vip reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bet suspected of involving match-fixing or the use of insider information will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, the game record is saved on the server and the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state.
• Lottery draw results are verified by a third party — once results are published, they cannot be altered.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xx999vip and will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's information.
• Bonus farming — exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated abuse.
• Use of automated betting bots or software.
• Financial fraud or the use of a third party's card or payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to hack the system or exploit any platform vulnerability.

8 Privacy & Data Retention

Xx999vip is committed to protecting members' personal information. Full details on how data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy — a summary is provided below.

• Information collected during registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.
• Personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties — except where required by law.
• All data is stored on servers secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request a copy of their personal data at any time.

Transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years for legal compliance purposes. These records are not deleted even if an account is closed.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Xx999vip may close or suspend an account either on its own initiative or at a member's request.

• Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to support.
• All valid balances will be available for withdrawal before an account is closed.
• If an account is forcibly closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance obtained through prohibited means will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately — they cannot be reversed before the specified period has ended.

10 Rule Changes & Dispute Resolution

Xx999vip reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions. A notice will be posted on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact xx999vip customer support first. The support team will provide a written response within 3 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you have the option to escalate directly to the xx999vip management team.

• Complaints email: support@xx999vip.best
• Live chat support: available 24/7.
• Complaints language: Bengali or English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in full force. A one-time waiver of any condition does not constitute a permanent change to that condition.
